One of the first Disneyland posts I wrote featured my favorite meals under $15 – I wanted an easy reference sheet for people (like myself) who want to be budget-conscious in their Disney trip planning. I returned to the original post, and was actually surprised to see that even while prices have steadily crept up throughout the parks, there are still some solid vegan meals available for under $15.
I think I will have another dish or two to add to this list in the coming weeks, but here’s what I have so far! For more complete lists of vegan food at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and other theme parks, check out my main theme park directory.
Disneyland Park
Harbour Galley: Ratatouille Soup ($12.99)
This dish is hearty, flavorful, filling, and perfect for cooler weather. I especially love the garlic bread topper, and roasted veggie garnish. Located right next to the Rivers of America, between New Orleans Square and Bayou Country.

Tiana’s Palace: 7 Greens Gumbo ($14.99)
Between this gumbo and the ratatouille soup, we definitely have some solid upgrades from when the old-school bread bowl gumbo was really the only vegan meal in the park! Order this in New Orleans Square.

Red Rose Taverne: Little Town Harvest Bowl ($9.99)
I’m glad this dish has stuck around for so long – I do think i preferred the older tater-tot version, but the new version with shoestring fries is still on my favorites list. (I’m including both photos here until I can get a better shot of the new version.) Quinoa, roasted mushrooms and cauliflower, arugula, tomato, taverne potato bites (or fries), and spicy lime aïoli. 🏰 Fantasyland

Alien Pizza Planet: Spaghetti with Marinara ($12.99)
This one really surprised me, because I’ve had marinara at other locations in the parks and was not that impressed – but the fresh tomatoes, basil, and vegan parmesan took this dish to infinity and beyond. 🚀🤭. Find it in Tomorrowland.

Galactic Grill: Soy Chorizo Breakfast Burrito ($12.99)
There are some nice breakfast options at some of the table service locations at Disneyland, but I think this is probably the only quick service breakfast I would seek out on a rope drop day. And now after trying both, I think it has the Smokejumpers burrito at DCA beat. The crispy potatoes, grilled peppers, vegan egg, cheese & soyrizo with fresh pico de gallo made for a nice balance of textures, and the spinach tortilla added a hint of flavor. Located in Tomorrowland.

Ronto Roasters: Ronto-less Garden Wrap ($14.49)
Always a favorite – and after making these at home with Happiest Vegan on Earth’s copycat recipe a few years ago, I think the price is worth it to not have to make all the components myself. 😅 This comes with a plant-based sausage topped with kimchi slaw, pickled cucumber, and gochujang spread wrapped in a pita, and can be found in Galaxy’s Edge.

Disney California Adventure Park
Pym Test Kitchen: Neutron Nachos ($14.99)
I still miss the plant-based nachos they used to have at the Studio Catering Truck, but if you’re in the mood for nachos these will hit the spot. I think they’re the same basic components as the old version (Impossible taco meat, season black beans, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream & pickled jalapenos), served with Pym-themed big & small tortilla chips. Find these in Avenger’s Campus.

Cocina Cucamonga: Tacos Dorados de Papa ($11.49)
I’m actually surprised these are cheaper than the Neutron Nachos above, but I’m guessing that’s the absence of vegan meat & cheese. But that doesn’t make them any less delicious, and if you’re watching your budget, I’d go for these instead of the nachos. You can also add a cup of cilantro-lime rice to make the meal more filling (or to share), but I think it’s great as-is. Located in San Fransokyo Square.

Lamplight Lounge: Brussels Caesar ($15.00)
I think these last two dishes are two of the most delicious things in the parks – although they are very veggie-forward, I think the added croutons etc. could make them a meal if you really want them to be? You could always head over to Boudin for your free bread on your way in (and on your way out?) if you’re still feeling peckish. The burger at Lamplight isn’t a must-have for me, but the Brussels Caesar definitely is. Found at Pixar Pier.

Wine Country Trattoria: Tomato Salad ($13.00)
This is one of my all-time can’t-believe-this-is-in-a-theme-park dishes. It is a bit light for a meal, but maybe you’re saving room for popcorn or a pretzel later? If you’re dining with company, you could also split it with the fall pasta ($26) or a crème brûlée ($12). Located in the area known as Performance Corridor, between Grizzly Peak and Ariel’s Undersea Adventure.

I hope this list was helpful! As I mentioned, I think I will have a couple more options to add shortly, so check back soon. And remember, Disneyland does allow outside food and snacks, so use that to your advantage if you’re budgeting for something special!
