HelloFresh
I will admit, HelloFresh can be a bit tricky because they have a “veggie” plan, not vegan. You’ll need to make sure you go in each month and select your own meals (they do have a notation for vegan items) – you can’t leave it on autopilot. They do have great promotions (like the free box below!) which is why they still get my recommendation, and their recipes are pretty tasty.

Huel’s hot meals, snack bars, and protein shakes have been a lifesaver for me since going back to school. I especially like their Hot & Savory meals – all I have to do is use the tea kettle to add water, let it sit while I walk the dogs, then have a quick bite while I head off to school.
