This is still a work in progress, because there are so many things to try! I will continue to update with photos and reviews as I work my way around the park. Be sure to check out my earlier blog post for reviews at Disneyland Park.

Buena Vista Street
Carthay Circle Restaurant
table service, reservation recommended
[menu]
Carthay Circle is one of the only restaurants in the parks that typically doesn’t include designated plant-based items on their menu. However, they will usually accommodate vegan diners with modified versions of items from the menu, or the chef will create something off-menu for you. This can feel like a bit of a risk (or a fun surprise!) depending on your mood and budget.. but I hope to finally check out the offerings here sometime soon!
Carthay Circle Lounge
table service, reservation recommended
[menu]
Like Carthay Circle Restaurant (above), the Lounge also doesn’t usually include plant-based items on the menu. However, when I dined here (at the bar), the bartender and servers were very knowledgeable about which items could be veganized, and seemed excited to make recommendations for me. This menu seems to change frequently, so the items I ordered in July 2025 are no longer on the menu, but here are some examples of what you might expect here. Additional recommendations included the Naanza (omit feta) which is still on the menu, and salads with modifications.
Watermelon-Tomato Salad • 18.oo
Fresh corn, pepitas, charred avocado vinaigrette
Strozzapreti Pasta • 22.00
San Marzano tomatoes, basil, parmigiano-reggiano (order without parmesan)

Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Plant-Based Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream • 6.29 Single, 7.29 Double
Vegan toppings include strawberry or crushed peanuts. Soda floats are also available.
Hollywood Land
Award Weiners
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Plant-Based Philly Dog • 11.19
Topped with mushrooms, grilled onions & peppers and dairy-free crema, served on a toasted bun with Cuties® mandarin oranges or Filmstrip Fries
I honestly love these filmstrip fries more than the hotdog itself, but the dog is pretty good too! I think I might not just be a fan of the crema, so next time I would ask for it without or on the side. Ketchup, mustard, and other condiments are available to grab if you want to customize your toppings.

Schmoozies!
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
I was able to order a vegan version of a smoothie here about six years ago, but I haven’t tried recently. According to Happiest Vegan on Earth, the current smoothie lineup seems to be made with yogurt, but may be omitted to make a vegan smoothie.
Avengers Campus
Pym Test Kitchen

Quantum Pretzel • 13.99 *order with no cheese*
453.8 grams, Bavarian-style, with sharp cheddar cheese-beer sauce
-BREAKFAST-
Impossible Quantum Garden Breakfast • 12.49
Plant-based folded omelet with Impossible™ breakfast sausage, crispy potato bites and focaccia toast
– LUNCH/DINNER –
Neutron Nachos • 13.99
Blue and red corn tortilla chips, Impossible™ taco meat, seasoned black beans, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream and pickled jalapeños
I thought these were pretty good, kind of like movie theater nachos with vegan accoutrements. The nachos they previously had at Studio Catering Truck, and definitely at Lamplight Lounge, were still superior – but I’m happy to have vegan nachos in the parks again and they go great with the fun beverages at Pym.

Shawarma Palace
quick service
[menu]
Note: The breakfast wrap has been discontinued, so there is not currently a plant-based option at this location until lunch/dinner.
Impossible Victory Falafel • 14.49
Plant-based falafel and cauliflower wrap, garlic spread, hummus and coconut yogurt-tahini sauce with pickled vegetables
I think this is a decent option, but it feels like it’s missing something to me – a little something green like a veggie relish would go a long way here. It’s still a nice grab-and-go option if you want falafel, but as far as pitas go, the Rontoless Wrap in Galaxy’s Edge is far more exciting.

Cars Land
Flo’s V8 Cafe
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Filmore Groovy Greens • 11.99
Romaine, kale, bean & corn salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, crispy quinoa, toasted sunflower seeds and zesty dressing
This is like a jazzed up version of a side salad you’d get at a diner, so it goes along with Flo’s theming in that sense. However, there’s nothing vegan to put it on the side of anymore, since they got rid of their vegan cheeseburger. It was tasty and fresh, but not substantial enough for a meal.

San Fransokyo Square
Aunt Cass Café
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Soba Noodle Salad • 15.49
Tofu, cabbage, edamame, carrots, roasted corn, scallions and cilantro topped with crispy shallots and sesame ginger dressing
If I had to choose between the TWO salads here, I would go for this one – the soba noodles (barely visible in the picture, sorry!), tofu, and edamame make it so much more filling and nutritious than the other. This is also probably one of my top 3 favorite salads in the parks, and one I look forward to getting again.

Ginger-Sesame Tofu Salad • 14.79
Marinated tofu, romaine lettuce and ginger-sesame dressing
I enjoyed this salad, but it’s probably not one I would get again just because it wasn’t filling enough, and felt more like a side salad than a meal. I did order a Year of the Horse loaf so I could have a side of bread, but that meant I was spending almost $30 here. So yeah, next time I’d get the soba salad for here, and save my bread (literally or figuratively) to take home.

Sourdough Loaves, Baguettes & Rounds • 6.99 – 7.49
Character & Seasonal Loaves • 13.49 – 14.49
They have a few varieties of bread here, and it’s easy to check in the app which ones are plant based, which is very helpful! I got the Year of the Horse bread in February, which will be available for Lunar New Year through February 22. They typically have Mickey and Baymax bread, as well as seasonal/holiday versions.

Lucky Fortune Cookery
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
San Fransokyo Noodle Stir-Fry • 14.99
Fried tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, sesame oil and soy sauce
These were better than I expected, but not the best vegan option Lucky Fortune has had. (Bring back the bánh mì, please!) If I was with a group who wanted to eat here, I’d probably pop over to Cocina Cucamonga for tacos instead, but I will probably order these noodles again at some point.

Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Tacos Dorados de Papa • 10.49
Crispy potato tacos topped with cabbage slaw, dairy-free crema and tomatillo salsa
These are one of my favorite items in either park, and I’m so glad they made it through the recent menu changes! I usually order with a side of cilantro-lime rice ($3.99), and I feel like it’s a solid meal for the price.

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Non-Dairy Hot Fudge Sundae • 23.50
Hot fudge made with non-dairy chocolate chips and almond milk over scoops of non-dairy vanilla coconut and finished with almond milk whipped topping, diced almonds, a cherry, and a 72% Dark Chocolate SQUARE.

Pixar Pier
Lamplight Lounge

– BRUNCH-
Potato Flautas • 19.00
Chorizo, piquillo crema, tomatillo-serrano salsa, arugula and escabèche salad
I’ve been wanting to try these for years now, and it was worth the wait! This meal was delicious, only slightly spicy, and went well with the Scream Canister I ordered (rum, cream of coconut, pineapple, orange juice, and a mist of bitters).
I’ve always thought Lamplight is such a fun spot for a meal, and the same goes for brunch. Reservations open 60 days in advance on the app, and brunch tends to fill up especially fast since it is only offered Friday through Sunday from 9am–1pm. You may also be able to join the walk-up list the day of, once you are in the vicinity of the restaurant.

– LUNCH/DINNER –
Bussels Caesar • 15.00
House-made dressing, toasted pine nuts and garlic croutons with roasted red pepper and tomato sauce
I finally tried the infamous Brussels Caesar in September, and it was just as good as everyone said it was. It was also more filling than I expected, especially with the croutons and pine nuts – I ordered it as my meal with two drinks and the brownie for dessert, and was definitely satisfied. This is another dish I’m excited to get again, now that I’ve almost made my way through everything in the parks!

Impossible Burger • 25.00
Two seasoned Impossible™ patties, American cheese, house spread, grilled onions, lettuce, and tomato on a potato bun served with seasoned fries
This was quite tasty, but I was definitely here for the vibes, drinks, and atmosphere rather than for the burger. If I was just in the mood for a burger in DCA, I’d probably head to Smokejumper’s Grill. Next time I’m at Lamplight for lunch/dinner, unless i’m rrreeeallly craving a burger, I’m getting the Brussels Caesar.

Brownie • 11.00
With vanilla bean ice cream, berry sauce and berries
This. Was. Delicious. The brownie was moist, the fruit was fresh, and everything went so nicely together. Aside from my classic go-to Dole Whip, this is probably my favorite dessert in the parks.

Lamplight Lounge – Boardwalk Dining
table service, reservations recommended
[menu]
Cauliflower Wings • 22.00
Battered cauliflower tossed in kung pao sauce, paired with spicy cucumber and garnished with red bell peppers and green onions
This was honestly one of the most delicious dishes I’ve had in the parks, but I’m not sure if it’s something I will get again, solely because of the price. Boardwalk Dining is more appetizer-style plates, and this was a tiny lil heap of cauliflower. A scoop of rice or macaroni salad or something more substantial on the side could bring me back, but as-is.. if I’m paying $22 for a plate, I don’t want to have to go somewhere else for dinner later.

Off-Menu: Vegan Nachos • (price tbd)
I haven’t had these in a few years, but they are an all-time favorite for me. These are a modified version of the on-menu lobster nachos, and I’ve heard they can sometimes be made with soyrizo or other meat substitutes – I had them with vegan cheese, black beans, bell pepper, onion, jalapenos and pico de gallo and they were fantastic. I specifically asked my server about these when I was here in January, and she said they no longer have the vegan cheese, but could make them cheeseless. She also suggested using Disneyland’s contact form to request that they bring them back, because they do consider guest opinions when making menu decisions.

Paradise Gardens Park
Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta
quick service, mobile order available
[menu]
Creamy Marinara Primavera • 13.49
Rigatoni with marinara-coconut cream sauce and seasonal vegetables
The coconut cream sauce makes this a little more interesting than a simple marinara, so it would probably be my pick of the other quick-service pastas in the parks. I would also be fine with ordering it again if I had friends who wanted to eat at this location. However, it probably wouldn’t be something I would order again on my own, at theme park food prices, when there are other options that I’m more excited about.

Smokejumpers Grill
